HOW MUCH? ... about the price of 2 cups of coffee per delegate!

(...plus travel costs, of course).

That's a rough guideline of how much it costs for Martin Ison to get your delegates informed, enthused and motivated in a 30-40 minute presentation. And as we said on the previous page ... if you feel that the coffee budget is more important for your delegates than the knowledge and experience imparted by speakers, then ... well perhaps you should be running a coffee plantation rather than a conference (no offence intended).

A quick calculation...

So, if your event's standard conference coffee-serving is about £3.75, multiply that by 2 servings, then the number of your delegates  and there you have an estimated budget. But please don't forget to add travel and accommodation if this is required.

A day rate is negotiable for acting as Conference Chair or for overseas events.

What do you get for your money?

People often say, "Is that all you do? Just stand up and talk?". Well, here's what a typical conference presentation can entail (with the time allocated) to give you an idea of what leads up to that 'talking':

  • Meeting to discuss the event
  • Researching
  • Drafting initial script for approval
  • Amends to script and re-submittal
  • Slide creation and amendments
  • Learning and practicing presentation
  • Liaising with event organisers (phone & email)
  • Travel to event
  • Meeting with other speakers
  • Give presentation
  • Go home

'I would definitely recommend him'

"Martin is the kind of speaker who can take any topic and make it captivating and entertaining. He gives the participants another perspective by making them reflect on the way they think and act. I would definitely recommend him as a speaker".
